Glendover SBDM Council Policy Review
The Glendover Site-Based Decision Making Council has been reviewing our current policies to make sure they are aligned with our mission and in compliance with state regulations and the Common Core Standards.
To date, we have had a first reading on Curriculum and Instruction/Instructional Practices, Wellness, and the K-3 Primary Program. These policy drafts are available in the office for stakeholder review and input and will be placed on this website within the next few days. We welcome all comments and hope you will take advantage of the opportunity to have your voice heard.
For more information about our policy review process, contact Mark Schmidt (email@example.com)

New Library - New Books!
Martha Deener, our librarian, and the PTA are hosting a book drive for our new library. The average date of our collection is 1984! We would love to have new books when we occupy our new library this spring. Please consider donating a hardback book to the Glendover Library to recognize your favorite teacher, the birthday of your child or granchild, or as a holiday gift in lieu of something purchased. We will honor each donation by adding a nameplate in the book. If you need suggestions of books, contact Martha Deener (firstname.lastname@example.org) or the PTA (GlendoverPTA@gmail.com). By using these suggestions, we can insure that our students have the most current resources to read and enjoy. Check back here soon for more details and a link to book suggestions! Thank you!
